Food Truck Friday, October 2

We are excited to announce that we will be participating in food truck Friday with support of our administration and PTO! The Midnight Regiment will have a white tent and tables set up alongside the other food trucks, giving students another lunch option while helping us raise a little extra money for the band.

Please Note:

We are looking for experienced concession stand volunteers who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Please note that these are volunteer-only shifts.

When you arrive, please check in at the front office. From there, make your way to the bus loop parking lot (or as we know it, the skillet) and look for the white tent.

Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up. Thank you!

If you have any questions please reach out to Leslie Keehn or AJ Sanchez

Uniform Update, Pictures, Parent Preview!

Important Update about show uniforms!

“Parents! We have an important update from the directors regarding the show uniforms.

Because one arm of the show uniform is made of mesh, all students will need sleeveless compression shirts. Drum Majors will need white sleeveless compression shirts.

This detail wasn’t apparent in the original uniform sketches, so the directors were not aware of it sooner, they apologize for any inconvenience. The directors will also share this information with the students, but we wanted to make sure parents were aware.

Any compression shirts ordered through the band store—past or future—will be changed to sleeveless. Compression shirts with sleeves can still be worn under the Friday Night Lights uniforms, so if you already own one, it can still be used. Sleeveless shirts are only required with the show uniforms.

If you have any questions about orders already made please reach out to Chris Billings at treasurer@wolvervinebandboosters.com. If you have any other questions don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you for your understanding!"

WHAT’S HAPPENING?

Band Camp Help!

WE Still need parent volunteers to help keep our students safe and healthy during the last week of band camp. Volunteers may sit (in the shade) for their shift and pass out hydration, cold packs, and cool treats as needed, as well as assist the band directors with minor medical incidents that may occur. It’s a great chance to watch your student practice and get to know the band family!

Join us for a preview of the 2026 Midnight Regiment and see what they’ve been up to this summer. Stop by the Concession Stand Open House to learn what a typical shift might look like, get first dibs on volunteer sign-ups for the Operations Team, and so much more!

WE NEED YOU! The success of our band program is dependent on our amazing team of volunteers! It truly takes a village to make the magic happen. We have a spot for all levels of interest, time and skill and we hope you’ll join us this season!

Needs:

Are you looking for ways to cover your band fees? We are currently building our Concessions Management team for the 26-27 athletic calendar. If you would be interested in a manager position in one of our concession stands, please contact AJ Sanchez. No experience necessary!

We are also building our Photography team. If you are interested in helping photograph our students at games, contests, or rehearsals for our yearbook, please contact Christina Trinkle.
