CONCESSIONS
BWHS band runs all four concessions at Bentonville West High School for all BWHS sporting events. This includes the home and visitor side for the football stadium, the basketball gym, and the baseball complex. This is a huge undertaking and profits generated cover the majority the band’s operating costs which allows us to keep band fees low.
All band families have an obligation to work at least 1 shift during the season.

Benefits:
Volunteers will receive free entrance to the event. Just stop by the front gate, tell the gate attendant you are working in concessions. They will verify your name with the list we provide them.
Concession stands are eligible for student community service hours. This is available for all students. Just be sure to complete the Sign In/Out sheet in concessions to designate that you’d like to receive service hours.
Some shifts are eligible to receive credit toward fees in any BWHS Fine Arts Program. The sign-up will designate if any shifts are eligible.
Volunteers must be a student of or volunteering on behalf of a student in Band, Choir, Orchestra, or Theater.
Volunteers will receive a $25 credit per shift to be applied toward program fees.
Volunteers must work their entire shift to be eligible for the credit.
Only 2 shifts per student, per event, will receive credit.
If current year fees are paid, credit will rollover to next year.
Volunteers must complete the Sign In/Out sheet in concessions with arrival and exit time to receive credit.
**You do not have to be in a fine arts program or guardian of a student in fine arts to volunteer with us. Anyone can join the fun! All profits generated go directly into our band program and our commitment to keep student band fees low. We greatly appreciate all support!
