CONCESSIONS

BWHS band runs all four concessions at Bentonville West High School for all BWHS sporting events. This includes the home and visitor side for the football stadium, the basketball gym, and the baseball complex. This is a huge undertaking and profits generated cover the majority the band’s operating costs which allows us to keep band fees low.

All band families have an obligation to work at least 1 shift during the season.

Families have the opportunity to earn credits toward future band fees (exclusions apply) and students can also earn community service hours by volunteering in the concession stand. Available opportunities will vary from game to game, so be sure to view the signup page of each event for more information.
