The success of our Bentonville West High School band program relies heavily on donations and fundraising. The Sponsorship Program is a way to help alleviate costs for students and enhance the overall BWHS band program.
Students who acquire a business sponsorship receive 50% of donations for band fair share fees until band fees are paid in full. Act now to meet all the deadlines.
The Wolverine Band Boosters are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Approved businesses or individuals who donate to the general fund can request a tax receipt and are eligible for deduction.
All donors are subject to approval by the Bentonville Independent School District.

Donate by Check or Cash:
Cash and check donations can be provided to the sponsored student or mailed to BWHS Band PO Box 658 Centerton, AR 72719. Please include a copy of the sponsorship donation form with the donation.
Checks can be made payable to “Wolverine Band Boosters”
Students can turn in check/cash along with completed form to the band office.
Program Levels:
The 2024-2025 Sponsorship Program runs from May 2024 through April 2025. Students who acquire a business sponsorship receive 50% of donations until band fees are paid in full. Remainder of business donation will go towards program initiatives. Funds will be credited to student’s Charms account to be applied to their band fair share fees.
Platinum Sponsor:
Donation Amount: $2,500 donation or more to qualify

Jumbotron: Logo included on the Jumbotron during home Varsity Football games and recognition over the loud speaker at the event. Donations due by Sept. 1, 2024.
