2026-27 Sponsorship Program
The success of the Bentonville West High School band program depends greatly on the generosity of our community and the strength of our fundraising efforts. The Sponsorship Program helps reduce financial barriers for all students while supporting growth and excellence across the entire BWHS band community.
Students who acquire a business sponsorship receive 25% of donations toward band fair share fees until fees are paid in full. Credits will be applied directly to the student’s CutTime account and any remainder of the business donation will go towards program initiatives. If no student name is listed, 100% of the donation will go to the BWHS Band program.
The Wolverine Band Boosters are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Approved businesses or individuals who donate to the general fund can request a tax receipt and are eligible for deduction.
All donors are subject to approval by the Bentonville School District, per district policy 7.24.
**NEW!!! Sponsorships at the Gold level or higher are now eligible to add a Winter Guard Sponsorship Package. This optional add-on includes placement of the sponsor’s business logo on the official BWHS Winter Guard show shirt for an additional fee of $150, extending your business exposure into our winter season. Option available at check-out.

Cash and check donations can be provided to the sponsored student or mailed to BWHS Band PO Box 658 Centerton, AR 72719. Please include a copy of the sponsorship donation form with the donation.
Checks can be made payable to “Wolverine Band Boosters”
Students can turn in check/cash along with completed form to the band office.
Program Levels:
The 2026-2027 Sponsorship Program runs from May 2026 through April 2027.
Platinum Sponsor:
Donation Amount: $2,500 donation or more to qualify
Advertisement Banner: Business logo will be featured on a sponsorship banner posted on the bandstands at the Wolverine Stadium through April 2027. Size of logo will vary based on level. Email high-resolution business logo to communications@wolverinebandboosters.com. Donations due by Aug. 1, 2026
