2026 Midnight Regiment Fees
Thank you to those who have paid fees in full for the current marching season. We still have several accounts with balances that are past due. As we approach the end of the season with two large competitions left, it is important to have fees paid to have financial coverage for remaining expenses. Please check your account balance at app.gocuttime.com, or refer to bwestband.com/cuttime for more information.
Please communicate to us if you need financial assistance or to arrange a payment plan. We can consider financial scholarships to those who qualify. Forms can be found at bwestband.com/forms (Band Fee Assistance Program). Please email Mr. Ortiz (aortiz@bentonvillek12.org) or Chris Billings (treasurer@wolverinebandboosters.com) for help or communication.

Spirit Night!
We have a FUN spirit night to celebrate our kids at the end of the season! Join us at Dave and Busters on Thursday November 5th from 5:00-8:00 pm! This will be a great way to let the kids have fun together and support our band at the same time. Bring the flyer and show it at the register before you purchase!
Work your shift!
Don’t forget - all band families are obligated to work at least 1 shift in concessions each season to help offset our band fair share fees. (Yes, EVEN IF your fees are paid in full) The sales from our concession stands allow us to keep band fees low, but that can ONLY happen if everyone does their part.
Did you know we have concession shifts almost every day of the week?
