Show shirts will be available for pick up in the PAC Lobby at the end of rehearsal on Monday 9/28, 6:15-6:45. Be sure to stop by so that you have your shirt for our first competition!!
Student shirts will be placed in their uniform bags.

Food Truck Friday, October 2

We are excited to announce that we will be participating in food truck Friday with support of our administration and PTO! The Midnight Regiment will have a white tent and tables set up alongside the other food trucks, giving students another lunch option while helping us raise a little extra money for the band.

We are looking for experienced concession stand volunteers who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Please note that these are volunteer-only shifts.

When you arrive, please check in at the front office. From there, make your way to the bus loop parking lot (or as we know it, the skillet) and look for the white tent.

WHAT TO WEAR:

Students should wear compression gear under athletic shorts. Show Shirts will be distributed Saturday morning to wear to the competition.

Blue water jug FILLED with water!

Band Shoes, Long black socks, Compression Gear

Guard shoes, body tights, make-up

Hairbrush, hair ties, Hair extentions, hairspray

Portable charger and cords for phone

***Only students with a completed EARLY CHECKOUT FORM submitted prior to the final awards will be allowed to leave the competition with a parent/guardian. All other students will ride the bus back to BWHS for dismissal.

Finals seating is determined by ticket level.

Spectator Information:

Preliminary awards are at 4:30pm.

The stadium will close at 5:00pm and re-open at 6:30pm for Finals performances.

Items that can distract the views of others (large hats, umbrellas, paper fans, tripods, etc.) cannot be used during any portion of a performance.

Parking:

One on-campus lot serves spectator parking. When full, spectators must park off-site. Parking in the lots of adjacent businesses and other organizations is at the spectator’s discretion.

Merchandise:

Official event T-shirts, hooded sweatshirts, and other souvenir items will be available throughout the event, located in the stadium concourse.
