BUDDY SYSTEM - The buddy system will be in FULL FORCE at all times! If you go to concessions, bathroom, hotel lobby, breakfast, stores at the mall…..you MUST have a two with you. Only buddies of the same gender are allowed to be a restroom buddy. If you get caught without a two your name will be turned into directors. This is for everyone’s safety and will be strictly enforced. If you cannot find a buddy, please find a chaperone.
CHECK IN SYSTEM - Each time we go back to the hotel, you must go to your room and check in with your Person #1. If any student does not check in with Person #1 in a reasonable amount of time, please let your chaperone know.
HOTEL - You should have 2 beds in your room. If you do not, please notify your chaperone right away. No running, no yelling, no opposite genders in rooms….remember who you represent!
Chaperones:
PERFORMANCE - Go to the restroom before you leave the hotel. There will only be a limited number of porta pottys available at the load/unload lot.
LUNCH at the MALL - We will be loading the charter busses for lunch at the Greenwood Park Mall on Friday. Scroll to the bottom of THIS PAGE to see lunch options. You will be on your own to purchase lunch. If you need assistance with lunch purchases, please see Mrs. Bean, Mr. Chambers, or Mrs. Keehn at the food court and we will take care of you!
No Backpacks!
We will walk through metal detectors and security screenings each time we enter the stadium to watch bands.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK! **You may bring an EMPTY container to fill at the water fountain if you’d like.
Also, make sure you empty pockets of anything like pocket knives, pets, or missiles.
