Prelim Performance: Saturday, Oct. 11, 2025 at 2:30 pm
Tickets:
Saturday Prelims General Admission: $33.26 (Student/Senior/Military $30.08)
Saturday Finals General Admission: $33.26 (Student/Senior/Military $30.08)
Save with a Day Pass: $53.65 (Student/Senior/Military $50.50)
NOTE: Prelim awards are at 4:30pm. Gates will then close and spectators will be asked to clear the stadium until gates re-open for Finals performances at 6:30pm. (Good time for dinner!) Opening ceremony for Finals is at 7pm with the first performance at 7:30pm.
We strongly encourage spectators to purchase their tickets online, prior to arriving at the stadium, in order to skip the line and avoid box office fees. Purchasing tickets in advance guarantees the lowest cost per ticket.
Yes, Box Offices will still be open on site to assist with ticket purchases but may be subject to additional fees.
You WILL NEED to purchase both tickets or a day pass if you wish to attend Prelims AND Finals on Saturday.
Venue:
There is a clear bag policy at the venue. Bags such as backpacks and purses will not be allowed.
There is an extensive list of prohibited items at this venue, including strollers, recording devices, chairbacks, pocket knives, etc. Please make yourself familiar with this list.
Cameras will be allowed, provided they are NOT in large cases.
This is a cashless venue.
Parking: Parking is $15. There are many lots available. (Please see the pink areas in the map above.) There will be no shuttles available. Must purchase again for re-entry.
Live Stream: BOX5 TV is offering a live stream of the competition. The price is $38 for prelims/finals. This is a livestream…events will not be replayed or watchable later.
**We will not be providing a livestream through the BAND app. Music for All prohibits the use of live-streaming or other broadcasts in the stadium.
Merchandise: Students will have time to visit the merchandise stands if they choose. Event apparel, patches, pins, and other accessories will be available for purchase. If the item or size you are looking for is not available, you may be able to purchase online from the shop below.
Photography: Jolesch will be taking professional photos. Parents may purchase photos from the link below. (Optional)

What to Pack
Essential items to pack: Please only pack what will fit in a duffle or small suitcase (carry-on size - max 22”x14”x9”). We will be limited on luggage space. A backpack for personal items can be brought on the bus.

Checking Students Out: Students with a completed EARLY CHECKOUT FORM can be checked out from their Chaperone after FINALS on Saturday night or early Sunday morning. Guardian MUST BE PRESENT at time of checkout.
