Competition Information
Prelim Performance: Thursday, Nov. 14, 2025 at 5:30pm
**If we make Semifinals, performance time will be anytime Saturday, Nov. 15 between 6:45am and 4pm.
Tickets:
Tickets are all digital and cashless. It is strongly encouraged to purchase tickets online prior to arrival.
Thursday Prelims General Admission: $35 (+$10.15 Service Fees)
Friday Prelims General Admission: $35 (+$10.15 Service Fees) **Prelim Awards
Saturday Semi-Finals General Admission: $48 (+$10.15 Service Fees) **Perform IF we make it
Saturday Semi-Finals Reserved: Price varies based on seat selection.
We do not perform at Prelims on Friday, but will be watching bands perform.
You WILL NEED to purchase individual tickets to attend Prelims Thursday, awards on Friday AND Semi-Finals on Saturday.
Tickets purchased online in advance via Ticketmaster will incur additional processing fees. If you choose to purchase tickets on site, we encourage spectators to give themselves plenty of time to visit the box office. Please note that Ticketmaster does not allow for any refunds.
Mobile: To access your tickets for entry, you’ll need to download the Ticketmaster App or add your tickets to your mobile wallet.
Venue:
View the BAG POLICY for Lucas Oil Stadium prior to arrival. All guests will be subject to inspection upon entering and refusal may lead to denial of entry.
This is a cashless venue.

Video cameras (No Audio or Video recording is allowed, no exceptions)

Large purses, bags and backpacks
Liquor containers, bottles, cans, liquid containers and coolers (except for guests with special medical or dietary needs)

Objects that obstruct another patron’s view of the field
Horns, bells, whistles, bullhorns, megaphones, klaxons, boom boxes and/or other noisemakers
Animals (except assistive animals for guests with disabilities)
Anything that creates a nuisance or disruption

Spectator Parking:
Parking options will be available at checkout through Ticketmaster.
Additional spaces also surround the stadium in various lots and parking garages. A map of parking and prices for area lots is available online at www.indydt.com/parking.
A limited amount of spectator parking is available in Lot A North of the Stadium and the South Lot of Lucas Oil Stadium. The cost for each of these is $20 per vehicle with NO in/out privileges. These parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Accessible parking spaces are in the South lot of the Stadium via the Missouri Street Gate 3 parking lot entrance. The cost for this lot is $20.00 per vehicle with NO in/out privileges.
A drop-off/pick-up location is available along Capitol Ave. outside of the Colts Team Store.
BOA does not operate, guarantee access to, or control the pricing or policies of Lucas Oil Stadium or other surrounding lots.
Plan to arrive early to allow plenty of time to park, buy tickets and enter the Stadium. Lucas Oil Stadium is a large, urban-based professional facility. Allowing extra time for movement and the unfamiliar and unanticipated is essential and prudent.
Live Stream: BOX5 TV is offering a live stream of the competition. The price is $68 for all 4 days of prelims/finals. This is a livestream…events will not be replayed or watchable later.
Awards: BOX5 TV does offer free live-streaming of some awards ceremonies on their YouTube Channel.
**We will not be providing a livestream through the BAND app. Music for All prohibits the use of live-streaming or other broadcasts in the stadium.
Merchandise: Students may have time to visit the merchandise stands if they choose. Event apparel, patches, pins, and other accessories will be available for purchase. If the item or size you are looking for is not available, you may be able to purchase online from the shop below.

What to Pack
Essential items to pack: Please only pack what will fit in a duffle or small suitcase (carry-on size - max 22”x14”x9”). We will be limited on luggage space. These vacuum bags might be helpful! A backpack for personal items can be brought on the bus.

Student Meals: Students will be provided meals during the trip with the exception of Circle Centre Mall. See itinerary for what will be provided.

Checking Students Out: Students with a completed EARLY CHECKOUT FORM can be checked out from a Director or Chaperone after AWARDS on Friday night or Saturday depending on semifinals. Guardian MUST BE PRESENT at time of checkout.
