BAND FEES - Past Due

**All students fees ($650 Total) should be PAID IN FULL**

All fees were due August 1st. - View the full financial agreement HERE.

We still have several accounts with balances over 60 days past due and many who have never logged into CutTime. Our competition season is full of heavy expenses. Please make every effort to settle your account before these are turned over to MyPaymentsPlus. The financial responsibility of every member is vital to the success of our program.

Once balances are turned over to MyPaymentsPlus they are out of our control and students will receive a “hold” on their account for items such as parking passes, school event tickets and diplomas.

HOW DO I PAY MY FEES?

  • Mail: Mail a check to PO Box 658 Centerton, AR 72719 (Payable to “BWHS Band”)

  • In Person: Send cash or check to the band room/office (enclose in a sealed envelope with student name included) to be given to a director.

  • Online: Pay online through CutTime (3% fee)

**Please contact Chris Billings with any questions: treasurer@wolverinebandboosters.com

Work your shift!

Don’t forget - all band families are obligated to work at least 1 shift in concessions each season to help offset our band fair share fees. (Yes, EVEN IF your fees are paid in full) The sales from our concession stands allow us to keep band fees low, but that can ONLY happen if everyone does their part.

Did you know we have concession shifts almost every day of the week? Review the list HERE and see where you can serve!
