URGENT NEED!

We have a HUGE need in our concession stands coming up at the West vs. BHS home game Friday, November 7th. This is BY FAR our highest grossing game of the year and we need all hands on deck! (It’s also the last home game if you have not served your shift for the season yet!) The visitor’s stand will be just as busy as the home stand, and we are also serving out of the baseball stand for the tailgating event.

If you can help, please sign up at a link below. We are especially in need of volunteers with experience on the register! (Volunteers must be 13+)

Tailgating Event
West-BHS Game

***We are so grateful for all of our volunteers! Our success would not be possible without you! To avoid leaving our stands short-handed, we ask that all volunteers please focus your time in one area on game nights. If you sign up for a shift in concessions, please refrain from volunteering in other areas that would require you to leave your shift. If you serve on the Road Crew at halftime, feel free to serve meals or volunteer at the tailgating event as these shifts would both end before halftime. Thank you for understanding!

NEW CutTime Charges

Instrument rental fees have been posted for the 2025-26 school year. This is related to a school-owned instrument and/or percussion equipment that is being used for the Fall and/or Spring semesters. This fee covers all costs related to general maintenance and repairs. (Financial assistance can be requested HERE if needed.)

**All students fees ($650 Total) were due August 1st**

Our competition season is full of heavy expenses, especially heading into our Indy trip. Please make every effort to settle your account. Once balances are turned over to MyPaymentsPlus they are out of our control and students will receive a “hold” on their account for items such as parking passes, school event tickets and diplomas. The financial responsibility of every member is vital to the success of our program.

HOW DO I Make A Payment?

  • Mail: Mail a check to PO Box 658 Centerton, AR 72719 (Payable to “BWHS Band”)

  • In Person: Send cash or check to the band room/office (enclose in a sealed envelope with student name included) to be given to a director.

  • Online: Pay online through CutTime (3% fee)

**Please contact Chris Billings with any questions: treasurer@wolverinebandboosters.com
