Each student’s recent professional headshot will be used, along with their marching instrument/section.

**10th Anniversary Blanket Fundraiser**

SALES END THIS WEEKEND, Sunday, 8/31.
This is the last chance to get your 10th anniversary blanket! All proceeds go directly to our BOA competition goal of $75K.

Operations Work Day

Saturday, August 30 | 9am-12pm

WHERE:

Meet at the skillet next to the trailers.

WHAT TO BRING:

Gloves
Wrenches for tightening bolts/nuts on new carts.
Box knife, pliers and scrapper for removing old vinyl from props.
Clothes that can get dirty or paint on them.
Drills and other types of tools.

Tools will be provided if you don’t have any - we’re just happy for the help!

**TRIP-A-THON Fundraiser**

We are completing our second week of the Trip-A-Thon Fundraiser and our students are doing FANTSTIC!!!
This fundraiser provides the potential to meet our financial goals, but we can’t do it without your help! Please continue to encourage your students to reach out to potential donors and local businesses for support!

BAND FEES - Past Due

The final band payment of $200/student was due August 1st.

**All students fees ($650 Total) should be PAID IN FULL**

We still have several accounts with overdue balances. All accounts with balances should have received a text from CutTime on Aug 10. Please make every effort to settle your account before balances are turned over to MyPaymentsPlus. View the full financial agreement HERE.

HOW DO I PAY MY FEES?

Mail: Mail a check to PO Box 658 Centerton, AR 72719 (Payable to “BWHS Band”)
In Person: Send cash or check to the band room/office (enclose in a sealed envelope with student name included) to be given to a director.
Online: Pay online through CutTime (3% fee)
