WHAT TO WEAR: Students should wear their white Shield Shirt to school for the pep rally and after school for rehearsal. Bring compression gear, black socks, marching shoes (body tights, jazz shoes for guard) to wear under Friday Night Lights uniforms!
GAME TICKETS: Tickets, All-Access Passes, Home Side Parking Passes, etc. can be purchased through Athletic Boosters HERE. Please direct all related questions or concerns to Athletic Boosters.
Volunteer at Friday’s Game!
It takes a village and we are so grateful for ours! Whether you can help serve nachos, pull equipment onto the field, take pictures, or even send in some snacks, we need you! Review the lists below to see where you can volunteer and get a front-row seat to the first game of the season:
Concession Stand Shifts - General, Community Service, and Band Fee Credit shifts available!
Student Meal Servers - Help serve our students dinner before the game!
Snacks for 3rd Quarter - Donate snacks to keep our kids energized during the game!
Photographers - Capture our first home game with fun memories for our yearbook!
Field Support Crew - Help move equipment and props onto the field at halftime!
Trip-A-Thon
We are entering our FINAL week of the Trip-A-Thon Fundraiser and we are getting so close to making our Memphis goal - we must keep that momentum going!
**Students have been asked to turn in ALL CASH Friday, Sept. 12 to gauge where we are so far.
Please continue to encourage your students to reach out to potential donors and local businesses for support! We can do this!!!

If you purchased a 10 year anniversary blanket through our recent fundraiser, your blankets are here! We flew past our goal with a total of 185 blankets!

Drive-thru pickup
Date: Tuesday, September 16, 5:30–7:00 PM
Where: Pickup lane in front of the PAC at Bentonville West High School
Stay in your vehicle—we’ll bring your order to you!
Band parents can also pickup at the Parent Booster Meeting
Date: Tuesday, September 23, 6:30 PM
Where: Band Room, Bentonville West High School
Missed the deadline? No problem - a limited quantity of blankets will be available at the home concession stand Friday night.
BAND FEES - Past Due
**All students fees ($650 Total) should be PAID IN FULL**
All fees were due August 1st. - View the full financial agreement HERE.
We still have several accounts with balances over 30 days past due and many who have never logged into CutTime. Please make every effort to settle your account before these are turned over. The financial responsibility of every member is vital to the success of our program.
Once balances are turned over to MyPaymentsPlus they are out of our control and students will receive a “hold” on their account for items such as parking passes, school event tickets and diplomas.
HOW DO I PAY MY FEES?
Mail: Mail a check to PO Box 658 Centerton, AR 72719 (Payable to “BWHS Band”)
In Person: Send cash or check to the band room/office (enclose in a sealed envelope with student name included) to be given to a director.
Online: Pay online through CutTime (3% fee)

Operations Work Day
Saturday, Sept 13 | 9am-12pm
The work continues on props! We’ll be cleaning up and covering all 16 props and the stage with the new vinyls, working on the tarp weights (in the Den) and performing some routine maintenance and airing up tires on other equipment. Please see the list of items needed if you have anything you can bring.

Scissors, Box knifes, Pliers, Staple Gun
Air Compressor
Tools will be provided if you don’t have any - we’re just happy for the help!
