Summer Rehearsals Start Next Week!

Congratulations to all of our members of the 2025-26 Midnight Regiment Marching Band! We are so excited for you all and the amazing show planned this year!

Summer band rehearsals kick off next week!

Band Payment - Due 6/1

The second band payment of $150/student is due Sunday, June 1st.

(All students should have a total of $275 paid to date.)

A payment plan schedule is provided in the financial agreement HERE if you wish to pay in installments. You may pay in full ($650) at any time.

How do I pay my fees?

  • Mail: Mail a check to PO Box 658 Centerton, AR 72719 (Payable to “BWHS Band”)

  • In Person: Send cash or check to the band room/office (enclose in a sealed envelope with student name included) to be given to a director.

  • Online: Pay online through CutTime (3% fee)

We will be hosting a Car Wash Fundraiser on Saturday, July 19th from 11am-1pm!

Food will be available for purchase and a musical display for your enjoyment!

**We will need lots of student volunteers!

There is still time to jump on our business sponsorship program for the 2025-26 season! As you know, we are trying to raise enough funds to send our band to Indianapolis this year, but the success of our program relies heavily on donations and fundraising. This year we have been challenged to raise $25K in sponsorships before the first day of band camp!

How can you help?

Talk to local businesses that you frequent or have a connection to. Let them know about the many ways we can help advertise their business and company logo by visiting the different sponsorship levels HERE. (Note: Deadlines apply to some incentives)

Are there any student incentives?

Yes! Students who acquire a business sponsorship receive 50% of donations to be applied to their band fair share fees until fees are paid in full! Business sponsorships start at $100.
