BENTONVILLE WEST HIGH SCHOOL BAND
The Wolverine Band Boosters are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The success of our Bentonville West High School band program relies heavily on donations and fundraising. We have various ways for businesses, family, and friends to help support our program and our students.
All funds donated directly support the Bentonville West High School Band program and our students.
Businesses or individuals who donate to the program can request a tax receipt and may be eligible for deduction.

We leverage our interaction with the community to offer many benefits to our sponsors that help amplify their business.
The Sponsorship Program is designed to help students off-set band fees, enhance the BWHS band program, and foster strength in our community.
Students who acquire a business sponsorship will receive a portion of the donation for band fair share fees. Act now to meet all the deadlines.

Friends & Family Donations
Anyone can donate! Choose from the following options when making your donation:
Student Assistance Fund
This fund provides band fee scholarships to qualified students.
Scholarship Fund
We offer college and band camp scholarships to selected band students.
Step-Up Instruments
Some students need help upgrading their beginner instruments. You can help.
Sound Equipment
Help everyone sound great. We’re still in need of new sound amplification equipment and speakers.
Specific Student’s Fees
Want to sponsor a specific student? Select this option and tell use who to apply the donation to.
General Support
We’ll apply your donation to our greatest needs that support all students and staff.
Walmart Spark Good Round Up
Every time you shop at Walmart.com or in the Walmart app, you can round up your totals at the point of purchase to the nearest dollar and have that change donated to the Wolverine Band Boosters.
All proceeds received will directly support the Bentonville West Band program!
It's super easy! Just sign up and select Wolverine Band Boosters when prompted during check out on your mobile phone or computer.
