All guests and band/guard students must register by April 19, 11:59pm.

Where: Bentonville West High School Commons
Dinner will be served upon doors opening at 6:15 p.m.
Award presentations begin at 7:00 p.m.
Celebration dance with DJ to follow
Semi-formal attire
