Volunteer Opportunities

Raise Funds

We look for opportunities to earn money that supplement program expenses and keep annual band fees as low as possible. This would include silent auctions, holiday ornaments, product sales and other initiatives. Proceeds also help fund scholarships, recognition, shows and events.

Our largest source of income is from Concessions, which we operate at every football game hosted at BWHS (Varsity, JV/Freshman, Jr. High). This season, we have sold over 1,000 popcorns, 500 burgers, 700 nachos and so much more. We need help from our band families to support this critical fundraising function. We have a lot of fun and it’s a great way to meet fellow band parents. No experience needed!!

Make Special Memories

We host several events to commemorate the accomplishments and success of our students and program. This would include Senior Night, end of year banquets, yearbooks and contest send‐offs.
