All Region Clinic and Concert Itinerary
All meals will be on your own. If students want to coordinate pizza to be delivered to the school they may do so. Students may leave campus and go home during breaks if they wish.
We will need help moving the JH 2nd band to the commons Friday during dinner and we will need help moving equipment Saturday after the concerts. If you own a trailer (open or otherwise) and would be able to help please contact email@example.com. We will be moving equipment, chairs, and stands back to their respective schools.

Clinic and Concert Hospitality Room
We are asking for donations for the Directors and Drivers Hospitality Room. Please click the link if you are able to donate (https://www.signupgenius.com/go/4090545a4ac22ab9-asboa). You may also bring a homemade dish if you like. Of course, if you wish to support with a walmart gift card or monetary donation feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will use those funds to purchase what is needed.

You may pay online via Charms office or bring a check made out to BWHS Band and turn it into the safe in the Band Room office.
