Parents: Concession Stand Help (Thursday concessions cancelled)
Parents, we are still in need of volunteers for Friday's football game here at BWHS. As of this morning, the Home side will not be ready for Thursday's game due to construction not being completed (final inspections). Thank you if you signed up for Thursday but we will not be needing concessions for Thursdays game. Be sure to sign up for Friday!! We need all hands on deck as this will be a HUGE game. Parents: Phone Call Help

Football Itinerary vs. Southside
Please wear your white wolverine marching band shirt on game days! Band students will need marching shoes, water jug, instrument, compression shorts, long black socks and flip folder for the game. No gloves needed. No shako/shako boxes needed. Guard students will wear all black like the other performances we have done up to this point.
3:55- School ends, students will head to stadium for practice. Take water jug, flip folder, instrument (not in case),
4:15-5:15 Practice at BWHS Stadium
5:15-6:15 Dinner/Get Dressed into uniform (provided at the school tailgate by Athletic Boosters, Flint Co., and Hight Jackson) Meal will be hotdogs/hamburgers. Students who have dietary restrictions and cannot provide their own meal please contact me. (Ortiz) firstname.lastname@example.org
6:15- Line up on skillet- Troop to stadium
6:45- Pre-game Begins
7:00- Football game begins
Approx: 10pm- Conclusion of game- students return to the band room to pack up and clean
Dismiss - We will all dismiss together once everything is packed up and put away.
Crystal Bridges Performance on Saturday 9/1
For Wind Ensemble Students and those students who volunteered. Below is the itinerary. There are some changes to what was sent out earlier this week.
4:10 Arrive at Crystal Bridges for Practice with Artist Steve Parker- Meet at the BUCKY BALL. (Wear practice clothes, bring band uniform with you)
4:30 Practice with Steve Parker
5:30 Run-through of Sound Parade
6:00 Students may enjoy the event and need to eat dinner on their own. There will be a food truck present and if students would like to order pizza for delivery that is an option. (Crystal Bridges recommended students do not leave as they are expecting a few thousand people for this event parking and traffic will be an issue. They may not make it back.)
8:30 Students report back and get into uniform.
