Overnight trip chaperones will be chosen by Directors. Veteran chaperones/volunteers will be given priority. CDL Drivers who would like to drive a school bus will also be given a room.
Lunch, Dinner, and Breakfast for Sunday will be provided
• Water bottles will be provided, however, students who want to purchase from concessions will need to bring money with them. T-shirts are usually available for purchase during these events in addition to tchotchkes.
• Bring your water jugs filled with water.
• Attire: White T-shirt, and Band Uniform.

Tickets price pays for all-day admission to both preliminary and finals competition.

5:30am Students lined up in band Room
6:00am Breakfast on Bus/Depart for Yukon High School (1360 Crop Creek, Yukon, OK 73099)
9:40am Arrive at Miller Stadium/Unload
11:00am Transit to Warm-up
11:45am Pit Warm-up ends
11:50am Band Warm-up Ends
12:00pm Performance Time
12:30pm Lunch at Buses
1:20pm Walk to Stadium to watch bands (all students get in free)
4:00pm Prelims Awards and announcement of finalist bands
5:00pm Dinner/possible depart to Embassy Suites
10:30pm Massing of Bands/Finals Awards
11:00pm Depart to Embassy Suites (1815 S Meridian Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73108)
12:00am Lights Out
8:00am Breakfast at Embassy Suites
9:00am Depart for Bentonville West HS
