Branson Itinerary 10/8/16

•    Students need to eat breakfast before coming to the school. Lunch and Supper will be provided
•    Water bottles will be provided, however, students who want to purchase from concessions will need to bring money with them. T-shirts are usually available for purchase during these events in addition to tchotchkes.
•    Bring your water jugs filled with ice water. 
•    Attire: Navy T-shirt, compression shorts/sliders (athletic shorts to be worn over compression shorts/sliders when not in uniform) and Band Uniform.
•    Schedule

               o    8:00am Band Room Opens
               o    8:15am Call Time
               o    8:30am Lined up in sections
               o    8:45am Depart Bentonville West HS
               o    11:00am Arrive in Branson/Eat Lunch
               o    12:00pm Start getting Dressed
               o    12:45pm Warm-up
               o    1:35pm Line up to Troop to HS Campus
               o    1:40pm Troop to HS Campus
               o    1:45pm Water (provided by contest)
               o    2:00pm Equipment at Parking Area
               o    2:05pm Gate Time
               o    2:15pm Performance
               o    2:30pm head back to stadium for performances/awards
               o    4:30pm- Prelim Awards
               o    5:00pm Dinner (will be later if we make finals and perform early)
               o    7:00pm- Finals Begins
               o    11:00pm Finals awards
               o    12:00pm Depart Branson
               o    2:15am Arrive/unload/meeting/dismiss
